Williamsville REALTOR miriam treger appointed as NYSAR Western Region vice president
Albany – February 6, 2009 – miriam treger of Williamsville took the oath of office Monday, Feb. 2, as the 2009 Western Region vice president of the New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR) during the association’s inauguration ceremony, held in conjunction with its Business Meetings at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona, NY.
treger, a REALTOR for more than 25 years, is a licensed associate real estate broker. She manages the Amherst/ Clarence office of RealtyUSA.com in Williamsville, NY.
She is a dedicated member of the Buffalo-Niagara Association of REALTORS (BNAR), having served as the association’s 2006 president. In addition, she has served on or chaired numerous committees including grievance, mediation, building and investment. She is an NAR-trained mediator.
At the state level, treger serves on numerous committees and forums including organizational planning, legal action, executive, communications and public relations, international real estate, emerging issues, legislative policy and technology.
Active in her community, treger has served years on the Temple Beth Zion Board of Trustees and Executive Committee and is a member of Kelliat Ohr Tzion. She is a continued supporter of the United Way, Gateway Longview, Salvation Army, the American Cancer Society and Gilda’s Club of Western New York. treger also supports the Albright Kox Art Gallery, the Buffalo Zoo and the Museum of Science in Buffalo.
treger lives in Williamsville with her husband of 20 years and their three children.
